of the hood system and assurance that the hood is operating correctly. We recommend

| We use fume hood inspection reports for each hood. A copy of this assessment will be provided to you for your records. Each sheet includes, but is not limited to: - Measuring fume hood face velocity and installing airflow stickers. - Checking cables and lubricating sash pulleys. - Visually inspecting duct, oscillators and blower belts. - Lubricating blowers as required. |
| If the hood airflow is below the recommended manufacturer rate we will determine why and provide an estimate of required work. A detailed description of further maintenance or replacement recommended by our inspector will be provided to you on your copy of the fume hood inspection report.
